
Nikki is a level 3 Hatha teacher, she also holds qualifications in Menopause Yoga, Yin and Yoga Nidra.
Her approach to teaching yoga is to create an inclusive practice where everyone is welcome to come and work at a level that feels comfortable for their body.

Spring Yin & Nidra
Embrace this opportunity to eliminate stagnant energy and make way for re growth in this new season!
We will begin with a yin yoga practice allowing your body to melt into a series of yin postures releasing tension in the connective tissues, leading on to a yoga nidra practice.
Within the yin section we will focus on clearing the liver and gallbladder meridians (energy lines), in Traditional Chinese Medicine it’s believed these meridians relate to spring and clearing energy blockages is spring cleaning from within!
Yoga Nidra induces a deep & conscious relaxation, allowing the mind to flow effortlessly between dreaming & wakefulness. Also known as Yogic Sleep, this practice embodies a dance between the subconscious & conscious mind. Leave feeling, relaxed and refreshed with harmony restored!
A mat, bolster (although you may prefer to bring your own bolster if you have one) and blocks will be provided. A small pillow, your favorite blanket and perhaps an eye pillow are suggested to bring from home as these will provide a deeper relaxation for this practice.
